Xolani Qubeka is an Executive Director and Founder of My Kidz Empire Holdings (Pty) Ltd, an accredited Skills Development and Training Institution and Consulting.

He is also an Executive Director and Operations Officer at the Small Business Development Institute (NPC).

His moto is “Devoting my life to teaching people skills of self-sufficiency and empowering them with the principles and skills to create greater levels of success so that they can support themselves”.

Xolani has experience in consulting where he assist companies to attain accreditations with variuos SETAs and QCTO. He is also an experience project manager where he has managed multi-million tenders for North West Youth Development and also skills development. Xolani has qualifications in project management, assessor, mentoring and coaching.
