We have put in place quality assurance measures to ensure that our members uphold industry standards, code of conduct, values of our constitution, and principles of good governance and professionalism both in their conduct and interaction with our stakeholders including business and communities. Our Quality Management Systems provides guidelines and standard operating procedures to effectively manage processes and procedures involved in the implementation of projects in line with prescribed norms, standards, performance criteria and compliance requirements. Our project management office provides our members with support functions and business tools to ensure successful implementation and completion of projects within prescribed terms of reference and industry standards.
