Subject matter experts are the sharp end of skills development providers. They are responsible for the delivery of learning programmes and thus constitute the core of all training programmes and interventions. At SATRAP we have membership options for both independent and institutional subject matter experts. Skills Development Facilitators are largely responsible for the overall planning and management of learning programmes. Assessors are responsible for assessment of learners and their portfolio of evidence.
