He is currently, a General Manager and co-owner at VEB Cele and Associates where he leads a team of 37 employees, manage the day to day operations and performance management. VEB Cele and Associates is an accredited training provider and consulting company established in 2000 offering multiple qualifications, courses, skills development and training solutions throughout South Africa. He is a qualified mentor, moderator and assessor with strong entrepreneurial flair, he has combined his rich talent in coaching and training with his acumen in business analysis in providing bespoke business solutions.

He has in-depth knowledge of Business Analysis and how it can be applied appropriately in enhancing business processes. Strong leadership, communication, planning and organization skills, with a strong aptitude to motivate and train high performance teams and individuals to transfer skills and execute strategies effectively. He holds Bachelors degree in Management Leadership from University of Free State and he is currently studying for Masters of Management in the Field of Digital Business at Wits University.
